We need help!!!! We need ideas for Chibi's!!! Go to the ** if you just want to help with that....

Ok, so I went to AZ for AniZona with *Jianre-M and ~amascusmage on April 8th to the 12th. Jianre and I shared a table in artist alley (which coincidentally was in with the dealers this year). We met a lot of new people and got a new friend by the name of =StuckOnSandAndBugs. She was awesome, She also got the nickname of Reno from Jianre. I was a little shocked, speachless almost when she had a fangirl attack in front of our booth when she found out that Jianre wrote a fanfiction that she liked. I think I almost fell out of my chair snickering. She came back alot and was very interesting to talk to.

I finally got to meet ~DragnixianFireheart who I hear a lot about from Jianre. She was really hyper and fun!!

We did alot of glomping with her and I guess I surprised her when I started purring when we were group hugging before she left. It was really cute!

On this trip I also got a little more organized with my stuff. Which helps with travel and stuff. Jianre and I are still trying to figure out how exactly to transport all the stuff we need for conventions, but with each con we get better at it. Then we add in the new stuff we are trying to integrate into our stock and it gets more complicated. If you want more info on the con go to Jianre's journal

Feather Prob Fixed:
I was having problems with my feathers 'cause I didn't think about how to keep them from disintegrating after a while. I finally went to an art store with Jianre and she totally helped me out. I found an acrylic spray that seals porous materials and UV protects them too. I'm hoping that this will help the feathers stay pretty and together longer. Now most of the feather pendants that I have made you can take out the feather and probably put a new one in but it might be a bit of a hassle later. So I now lightly spray my feathers in this. I should be posting the ones I made while in AZ soon and I will put the links in here as well.

**Collaboration with *Jianre-M:
Jianre and I decided to try to create something together this time with fanart. Jianre did little chibi art of the Final Fantasy VII characters (Super Chibis), we stuck the little 5/8th inch cut outs on little clear flat-backed marbles(Super Chibi Charms), and then I wrapped it in 24gauge wire to make simple pendants. I plan to make more elaborate pendants, charms, and earrings out of them. Then our little sister came up with the idea to do "pairing earrings". You tell us the pairing you want and we make them as earrings for you.

*note: I had a number of people that were into the idea but they didn't have pierced ears and so I am working on doing ear cuffs that the charms can hang on.

**note2: We are looking for more characters that you think would be popular to do chibi's of!! We need help!!! Please give suggestions!! If you can please give a good reference link, Thanks!!

Next Con on the Schedule:

The next convention is Fanime in San Jose, CA on May 22nd to the 25th and I have a table there!! Jianre will be there as well(of course we are a team) with her own table. I am looking forward to it!!

Quick add: I was so amazed at the reaction to my Sunrise on the Water submission!!

I want to thank everyone again for all the favs! It's totally made my day. I think I did a little scream of happiness when I saw all the people that liked my work. I'm planning on going to the beach again soon so hopefully I will find some more awesome shells to wrap.
